Tauck Tours is absolutely a top notch way to travel. Their tour leaders are professional, thorough, and really engaging, making the trip that much more pleasant. We strongly recommend taking your vacations with them. Having used other operators in the past, they are second to none. Their prices are slightly higher, however, it is worth the price. One note, if you are looking to get full color of the leaves, plan your trip later in October.
The “Best of Ireland Small Group” was an amazing trip. Covering both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, the Tauck tradition of excellence was evident in the choices of accommodations, activities, service, and tour Director. Friendly people in Ireland and in our tour group made this trip most enjoyable. Special activities raised this tour from ordinary to exceptional!
Some of the rooms and food were not up to Tauck standards. One meal in Deauville was particularly bad. Most of the bathrooms were small with no walk in shower. I was having knee pain and this as difficult. The bathroom in hotel in Dinard was the best
Mexico City and Oaxaca is a new tour offered by Tauck. I believe this tour needs some work particularly in the food area.
